افتتحت مؤسسة بيدر للإغاثة والتنمية مجمع الأندلس التنموي في مديرية سيئون بمحافظة حضرموت – الوادي والصحراء، بحضور وكيل محافظة حضرموت لشؤون مديريات الوادي والصحراء الأستاذ عامر سعيد العامري، وعدد من القيادات الرسمية والشخصيات الاجتماعية، وممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني
ويأتي افتتاح المجمع ضمن تدخل تنموي متكامل يهدف إلى تعزيز الخدمات الأساسية وتحسين مستوى المعيشة، حيث يضم المجمع مدرسة تعليمية، ومسجداً، ووحدة صحية، وبئر مياه، بما يسهم في تلبية احتياجات المجتمع المحلي في مجالات التعليم والصحة والمياه، وخدمة شريحة واسعة من سكان المنطقة.
وخلال فعالية الافتتاح، أشاد وكيل المحافظة بأهمية هذا المشروع ودوره في دعم مسار التنمية المحلية.
حيث قال في تصريح له ..
“يمثل مجمع الأندلس التنموي نموذجاً للتدخلات النوعية التي تستجيب لاحتياجات المجتمع بشكل متكامل، لا سيما في مجالات التعليم والصحة والمياه، ونثمّن عالياً هذه الجهود التي تسهم في تحقيق أثر تنموي مستدام لأبناء المنطقة.”
من جانبه، أكد رئيس مؤسسة بيدر للإغاثة والتنمية المهندس طارق راجي لكمان أن المجمع يجسد رؤية المؤسسة في تنفيذ مشاريع تنموية شاملة ومستدامة.
“كما يمثل مجمع الأندلس التنموي صرحاً تنموياً متكاملاً يسهم في خدمة المجتمع وتعزيز مقومات الاستقرار والتنمية، ونوجّه خالص الشكر للمانح الكريم صدقة أستراليا على دعمه السخي لهذا المشروع، كما نثمّن تعاون ودعم السلطة المحلية بمحافظة حضرموت وتذليلها لكافة الصعوبات حتى تم إنجاز هذا المشروع الحيوي.”
ويُعد مجمع الأندلس التنموي إضافة نوعية للبنية التحتية والخدمية في مديرية سيئون، وخطوة مهمة نحو تحسين جودة الخدمات الأساسية وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المنطقة.

Biyder Foundation for Relief and Development inaugurated the Al-Andalus Development Complex in Seiyun District, Hadramout Governorate (Valley and Desert), in the presence of the Undersecretary of Hadramout Governorate for Valley and Desert Districts, Mr. Amer Saeed Al-Amri, along with a number of official leaders, social figures, and representatives of civil society organizations.
The inauguration of the complex comes as part of an integrated development intervention aimed at enhancing basic services and improving living standards. The complex includes an educational school, a mosque, a health unit, and a water well, contributing to meeting the local community’s needs in education, health, and water, and serving a wide segment of the population in the area.
During the inauguration event, the Governorate Undersecretary praised the importance of the project and its role in supporting local development. In a statement, he said:
“The Al-Andalus Development Complex represents a model for quality interventions that comprehensively respond to community needs, particularly in education, health, and water. We highly appreciate these efforts that contribute to achieving sustainable developmental impact for the people of the region.”
For his part, the Chairman of Biyder Foundation for Relief and Development, Engineer Tariq Raji Lakman, affirmed that the complex embodies the foundation’s vision of implementing comprehensive and sustainable development projects.
“The Al-Andalus Development Complex represents an integrated developmental landmark that contributes to serving the community and strengthening the foundations of stability and development. We extend our sincere thanks to the generous donor, Sadaqa Australia, for its kind support of this project, and we also appreciate the cooperation and support of the local authority in Hadramout Governorate and its efforts in overcoming all challenges until the successful completion of this vital project.”
The Al-Andalus Development Complex is considered a qualitative addition to the infrastructure and service sectors in Seiyun District, and an important step toward improving the quality of basic services and achieving sustainable development in the area.
