افتتحت مؤسسة بيدر للإغاثة والتنمية مشروع بئر مياه في منطقة الروى بمحافظة أبين، وذلك استجابة لمعاناة الأهالي من شح المياه وصعوبة الحصول عليها.
يهدف المشروع إلى تأمين مصدر مستدام للمياه لأكثر من 50 أسرة في المنطقة، حيث يتكون من بئر سطحي بعمق 20 مترًا، وخزانات مياه بسعة 6000 لتر، إضافة إلى مضخة تعمل بالطاقة الشمسية، مع بناء منهل لتسهيل حصول الأهالي على المياه.
ويأتي هذا المشروع ضمن جهود مؤسسة بيدر للإغاثة والتنمية في تحسين خدمات المياه والإصحاح البيئي وتخفيف معاناة المجتمعات الريفية في المناطق الأشد احتياجًا.

Inauguration of a Water Well in Al-Rawa Area, Abyan Governorate, to Alleviate Water Shortages
Biyder Foundation for Relief and Development has inaugurated a new water well project in Al-Rawa area, Abyan Governorate, in response to the community’s suffering from severe water shortages and limited access to clean water.
The project aims to provide a sustainable water source for more than 50 families in the area. It includes a 20-meter-deep surface well, water tanks with a capacity of 6,000 liters, and a solar-powered pump, along with the construction of a water point to facilitate easy access for residents.
This initiative comes as part of Biyder Foundation’s continuous efforts to improve water and sanitation services and alleviate the hardships faced by vulnerable communities in rural areas.
